A deviation from 'Your Smile' which was originally bred by Sofia Saakova (Stavropol, Russia), Sofia's Smile (Улыбка Софии / Ulybka Sofii) is a striking, highly productive open pollinated (future heirloom) cultivar. Celebrated for its stunning aesthetic and robust disease resistance, it produces antho shouldered beefsteak fruits rather than the pear shaped fruits of Your Smile.

Parentage & Lineage: Selected as a deviation from Your Smile which originated from the open pollination and stabilisation of Victoria's Smile.
Fruit Shape: Round to slightly oblate
Fruit Weight: 130g to 200g
Skin Colour: Dusty pink base, capped with deep violet black anthocyanin shoulders and paint brush strokes where exposed to sun
Flesh & Taste: Dense, meaty, multi-locular interior with smooth skin and high crack resistance. Features an authentic, old-fashioned tomato flavour profile with balanced sweetness, low acidity, and rich savoury notes
